I lead the development of advertising campaigns, marketing collateral, video content, publications, and digital assets across web and social platforms, supporting multiple business lines and markets throughout the bank’s regional footprint.• Brand Design. Developing marketing graphics and advertising materials in printed marketing campaigns, visual display materials and advertising materials including: brochures, flyers, banners, signage, billboards/OTT.• Art Direction and design for social graphics, equitybank.com and brilliant.bank, email marketing, digital signage, and other digital communication.• Collaborating with Marketing team in the development and implementation of the marketing plan and individual department, business line, and regional marketing strategies.• Working with print and digital vendors to produce and distribute marketing collateral to branch offices.• Supervise and develop design internsHIGHLIGHTS• Working with Equity bank’s Credit Team, Lundmark agency and FIS to design a debit card option made from corn-based bio-plastic and the subsequent campaign to launch the card.• Development and design of Equity Bank Annual Reports as a publicly held company• DevelopIng and designing internal and external materials and campaigns for the Equity Bank acquisitions of Bank of Kirksville and Kansasland Bank.• Designing digital and print for Equity Bank sponsorships of regional universities’ NCAA football and basketball seasons.• Developing and designing materials for Equity Bank’s All-Employee Meetings.
