ABOUT DANA ULLOM-VUCELICH

I am an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer primarily in health care & senior services. I have expertise in all traditional HR functions (benefits, compensation, employee relations, etc.) plus compliance, ethics, recognition, M&A, and labor relations. I am passionate about people, culture and business and it is a privilege to serve in both areas. I have led many initiatives that have both impacted short-term and long-term goals that changed the culture of the organization. I believe in the balance of work, family and volunteering and creating space for individuals and communities to thrive. I appreciate sharing knowledge, best practices and energy via public speaking engagements. I have a Master\'s Degree in Human Resources and a lot of common sense. My mantra is inclusion, appreciation and investment and I believe those words come to life when you create a welcoming workplace, trust employees, optimize supervisors, gain efficiencies through metrics and align values with strategic planning! I love what I do.
