Joined Group Internal Audit, supporting the Global Head of Audit, Functions looking after Risk, Finance, CFCC and Support Functions. This entails driving the GHOAs strategy though implementing the operating rhythm, following through on initiatives and having end to end ownership of the portfolio.* Driving strategy: Driving the strategy of the Global Head of Audit, Functions through ownership of the audit plan; ensuring that the audit plan is on track and KPIs on report issuance and issue closures are being met; reviewing capacity plans to ensure balanced supply and demand* Stakeholder Management: Representing the office of Global Head of Audit, Functions by communicating with various functional stakeholders; coordinating with other BPMs from GIA and stakeholder functions on initiatives and requirements; ensuring a smooth operating rhythm in all aspects.* Staff Engagement: Maintaining a high level of engagement with overall GIA Functions staff, through regular communication from the Global Head of Audit, Functions as well as bi-monthly ‘big calls’ and quarterly newsletters; ensuring an inclusive and engaged environment for staff that recognizes and celebrates achievements and successes.* Cost management: Ownership of the budget and ensuring expenses are in line with expectations; maintaining headcount and recruitment initiatives; allocating costs for training and learning* Maintaining MI: Track progress of KPIs against scorecard; communicate MI to the Leadership Team; review data quality and coordinate corrections where necessary
