IT Alchemist | early adopter | Business Analyst | DLT advocate | Tarot Student -While working as a certified Scrum Master, starting in 2011, I came to manage four different Scrum teams and was responsible for introducing Kanban practices into the companies project management framework.Afterwards I started working as a Business Analyst and became a most efficient interface between developers and business stakeholders. I had numerous opportunities gathering experience while creating requirement documents, writing test cases, grooming the backlog, drawing up (UML) diagrams, workflows, wireframes and visualizing use cases. • Obtained the Scrum Master Certificate in February 2010• Spoken and written languages: English and German.Since April 2016 I shifted my attention and energy to decentralized ledger technology and have been supporting teams and projects with use case creation and visualization, white paper consultation or presentation and panel talks.In 2019 I Co founded two startups, one (t3i-Cannomy) went and won the aeternity Starfleet accelerator program.
