Responsible for populating Pims (Completions Database) in line with Engineering Asset Register & Equipment/ IO schedules across multiple projects. Review and audit of vendor schedules and project drawings to ensure an accurate completions database, populated with the correct check sheets for all equipment. Creating check sheets and handover certification in-line with project specific spec. Training project personnel in the use of Pims software with a digital handover process, and the use of Ex rated tablets in the field for check sheet completion and punch item creation/ clearance. Review of Turnover and Completion Packages to ensure all documentation, certification and associated drawings are correct and align with System Completions Database prior to issuance of handover certification. Produce and update various completions, turnover and punchlist procedures. Population and management of preservation checksheets within Completions Database.

Also responsible for the generation sub-system limits. Pre-commissioning: multi-skilled engineer/ supervisor in process services; specialising in project coordination, engineering of test packs, flange management, nitrogen helium leak detection, hydrostatic testing, nitrogen pumping operations, nitrogen purging, pneumatic strength testing, flushing, fluid pumping, pigging, controlled bolting, retro-jetting (HP and UHP), chemical cleaning, hot oil flushing, valve seat testing, critical valve testing and all other process related work scopes.
