Create, align and communicate global OS sales strategy to RRMC regional teams and dealer partners, with a clear consideration of dealership environments and varying cultures and client interaction styles amongst our global network.Designed and implemented the first dealer accessories display / merchandising guide and worked with the regional network to enforce these standards, to enable an effective point of sale for dealers to trade from.Managed, designed and implemented the accessories displays at major global events. Working with the events team to ensure an interactive and engaging environment, whilst also attending events to see how clients interact with the display and how to improve it further in the future. Eventsinclude World Dealer Conference, Festival of Speed, Salon Prive.Working with a range of stakeholders to ensure product launches achieve sales results and client / prospect exposure by utilising various channels, such as product bulletins, ensuring marketing assets are available and communicating these to the regional teams with best practice on dealers can best utilise these.Worked with a training agency to develop dealer facing training programs to ensure the central brand direction and message of ownership services is then delivered from the dealer to the client. I supported the agency with product information, positioning and how to best utilise our existing assets, such as imagery, video and website information.Work on a weekly basis with regional teams and dealers to understand the client journey for OS Program sales and assist in optimising this by sharing best practice and track data to achieve our global sales target.
