The mixture of 15 years customer service experience and a boundless energy, has been one of the keys to my progression during my career. This has allowed me to make a success of all opportunities that have presented themselves. I\'m currently working as an Account Director for Dialogue Content Agency. This year will be my 7th year At Dialogue – working my way through the ranks of our commercial and client services teams. I now run a team of account managers, whilst leading and project managing a portfolio of luxury clients including: GSMA, Air Charter Service, Jarrolds, Health Spaces, Allure, Canon Europe, Brittany Ferries, TechSkills, Bentley Motors and Royal Ascot.I\'m passionate about the recruitment of new employees, and the training and development of existing employees. I thrive on helping companies reach their highest potential - whether that be tightening both operational and commercial aspects, working more cost effectively or my great passion of servicing customers and improving sales- National Apprentice of the Year 2011/12- Regional Star of the Season 2013- Store star of the Season 2015- Nominee “One to Watch” award 2019- Finalist “One to Watch” award 2020- Employee of the Month June 2021- Best Account Management Team 2022- Nominee CMA\'s Content Person of the Year 2023-\"Client Services Champion\" 2024Whilst at Next, I was also responsible for the launches of several new stores including: York Vanguard, Doncaster Wheatley, Gainsborough Home and Lincoln High Street.
