I spend half of my time overseeing the operations of 7 pediatric clinics, 1 primary care clinic, 1 mental and behavior health clinic and 2 mobile health units and I love it. The two groups I work for are Health Care Centers in Schools and Healthy Ascension. I have seen good results in that I have been able to exceed my fiscal goals by over one $ 1 million annually, since FY 23.I spend the other half of my time working with Physician Group Leadership on projects related to performance improvement, business development, and implementation of quality related projects. Among others, my projects have contributed to significant growth in Monroe and in the North Shore markets, cost savings in MS and implementation of innovative care models in pediatrics and bariatrics in Baton Rouge.
