A creative thinker with a proven record in delivering performances in high-pressure environments. Dealing with stakeholders at all levels I am comfortable both developing and delivering brand and business strategies As Director and Founding Partner of Atherton Racing I have managed athletes to 8 World Titles, 7 World Series Overalls and 44 World Cup wins, I am responsible for growing company turnover from £100k to over £1million in 5 years and developing one of the first mountain bike online moving image series the ground-breaking \"Atherton Project\" I have recruited expert staff and overseen an ongoing campaign to raise the profile of the team and the sport as a whole which resulted in a Telegraph article crediting Atherton Racing with \"putting downhill mountain-biking on the mainstream map\" and under my leadership the team\'s social following has grown to 1.7 million +In terms of product creation I have orchestrated profitable product collaborations for example with Shimano owned brand ‘Pro’ and created Atherton soft goods merchandise lines. Expert input from our world-beating team has been vital to the creation and refinement of products including suspension frames, group-sets, finishing kits, protective armour and clothing.I have been voted team representative for the UCI Mountain Bike Commission and father to 3 children
