Lead a person organization across six core functions including: engineering, IT, cybersecurity, logistics, emergency response and HR. supporting personnel and a $1.5B infrastructure portfolio. When aging systems and high workloads threatened mission success, I aligned six organizations around a shared strategy and realigned resources to focus efforts and reduce operational strain. I championed $12M in IT upgrades to strengthen cybersecurity and resiliency and advanced infrastructure to allow the next generation of training. We ensured required support and culture to train students to be the next generation of national security leaders and turned community and strategic partnerships into cost-saving, talent-building wins.

ABOUT TIMOTHY DALBY
I’m a mission-driven infrastructure executive with 24+ years of experience delivering large-scale, high-resilience construction projects in some of the most complex environments on the planet. As a retiring U.S. Air Force Colonel, I’ve led global teams across the U.S, Asia, and Latin America, managing large construction portfolios and secure infrastructure programs to include Tier data centers, intelligence and cyber facilities, and command centers under intense operational demands. I’ve overseen personnel, directed end-to-end delivery from site selection to commissioning, and driven results with the precision and speed required in national defense. What sets me apart is my ability to lead at both the strategic and execution levels: aligning stakeholders, mitigating risk, and building resilient infrastructure that performs. I’m passionate about helping organizations scale mission-critical systems with the same discipline, reliability, and adaptability I’ve brought to 24/7 global operations. Now transitioning to the private sector, I’m exploring senior roles in leadership, strategy, development, hyperscale infrastructure, and high-availability construction, where I can continue driving impact at scale.
