The role has entailed managing IT projects including (but not limited to):• The IT element of office moves in London, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Warsaw, New Delhi, Seoul, Singapore, and Amsterdam.• A global converged access WAN roll out to 24 offices in 16 countries, incorporating the migration of all internet links and inter-site MPLS circuits, implementation of new firewall and active prevention systems. implementation of a new company-wide VPN solution, implementation of a new company-wide web filtering solution.• Storage implementation and migration of 580 virtual servers.• Decommissioning of 300 legacy Windows Servers.• A global WAN Acceleration redesign and implementation.• A global wireless network migration.• Microsoft Office 2016 migration.• Core Apple Mac infrastructure upgrades.• Legacy PBX telephony decommissioning.
