Capable of leading in full autonomy the Functional Safety lifecycle for new designs and derivative (proven platform) design- Leverages proven architectures for Functional Safety scope with the support of Design and System Team, translating them in consistent and comprehensive Safety architectures- Hw Safety Requirements specification. Supporting in the definition of the Pre-Silicon and Post-Silicon strategy tests campaign- Supporting of Safety analysis (DFA, FMEA, DFMEA, FTA) as per ISO26262- Safety Key role in HPP/Lightings devices for all relevant milestones (KO, TO, Silicon Validation, RTM)- Management of Verification/Confirmation Review activities- Enhancement of existing safety processes and methodology for design quality and efficiency- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining safety results- Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise- Mentor Junior Safety Engineers transitioning them into effective safety topics leads. Helps and mentors cross functional teams- Participate and help in sourcing and hiring strong safety talent for Allegro- Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate safety activities of other disciplines- Supporting Customer requests and audits
