I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR/Finance from New Horizon College of Engineering, and I have multiple certifications in creating a culture of learning. I am currently a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Netradyne, a leading AI company that provides driver and fleet safety solutions. My core competencies include stakeholder management, people management, and problem solving.In my current role, I work with the leadership team to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the company\'s vision, mission, and values. I also partner with various business units and functions to understand their hiring needs, deliver quality candidates, and improve the candidate experience. Additionally, I am passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and I have led a dynamic team of talent scouts at Saks Fifth Avenue Stores, where I implemented process improvements and project management initiatives to enhance the recruitment process.
