My position includes submitting warrants claims through Dealer Connect while utilizing other softwares such as Reynolds & Reynolds. I also submit warranty claims for what we call AER out of state jobs for recalls. My title also entitles flagging technicians for service contracts as well as recalls and any other services that may had been done on the R.O. I also create R.Os as well as create P.Os for parts being handled for recalls. I track all warranty related AER’s & warranty R.Os from service advisors. I often track down rental bills and attach them and to R.Os to be closed out when the claim is ready to submitted and paid for.
