Functional Safety Manager for High-Energy Battery SystemsKey Responsibilities & Achievements:1. Full-Lifecycle FuSa Leadership & FuSa Compliance· Lead Safety Planning and Impact Analysis from Kick-Off to SOP· Own Safety Plan maintenance, lead in FuSa Assessments and Confirmation Reviews· Ensure Compliance of Products with ISO 26262, IEC 61508, and ISO 13849· Maintain the Company-wide Safety Culture and FuSa-related Competence Management2. Safety Management· Manage FuSa activities across Concept, System, Hardware, Software, and V&V levels· Collaborate with PMs, tech leads, and department leads to align timelines, resources and deliverables· Support customer-facing activities including RFQ and DIA establishment3. Concept Phase· Lead Item Definition, HARA (including assumption analysis and derivation of safety goal with ASIL/SIL/PL), and FSC development4. FuSa Engineering· Deep participation in TSC and Safety Analyses on each level, including FTA, FMEA and FMEDA· Optimise System Architecture with System Engineers to integrate safety at architectural level· Support DFA across multiple levels to address CF and CCF5. Supporting Process· Optimised the ASPICE-based project framework, including workflows, templates, role definitions and deliverables· Established Company\'s Configuration Management Process for safety-critical projects· Supported in SW Tool Qualification, ensuring safety-critical tools meet FuSa compliance6. Safety Culture & Competence Management· Deliver FuSa Training and Coaching to teams across Business Units and International Sites, including on-site Trainings and Instructions
