I lead research initiatives that advance the field of work-integrated learning (WIL), helping employers, educators, and students create more impactful learning experiences. I regularly publish and present findings, and serve as Associate Editor of the International Journal of Work-Integrated Learning, the world’s only journal dedicated to WIL.
