As a Growth Marketing Manager at Beanstock, I own the full conversion funnel and have been deeply involved in the launch of three business lines - gestion locative, déclaration fiscale, and rénovation énergétique - from go-to-market strategy to execution- Acquisition : Owned all acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and organic search (SEO). Leveraged AI tools to create content and scalable SEO playbooks, continuously optimizing the funnel to improve efficiency and drive qualified growth-GTM : Built the go-to-market strategy for each business line from scratch, from landing pages and onboarding flows to HubSpot CRM setup and lead qualification frameworks. Used vibe coding to build internal tools and automate key processes- Analytics : Built the full marketing analytics stack: automated reporting, dashboards, cohort and lifecycle analysis to support faster decision-making- Reporting & Business : Reported directly to the CEO, managed the marketing P&L and contributed to aligning marketing strategy with broader business objectives
