I’m an accomplished Business Affairs Manager and Entrepreneur, adept at risk assessment, creative problem solving, collaborating among multiple teams, tracking ALL the details, closing the job or deal on time and under budget, and more. As a Team lead, I negotiate talent agreements for high-profile celebrity campaigns and productions, with deep expertise in SAG-AFTRA and AFM agreements. My work spans intellectual property, publicity and privacy rights, and copyright and trademark matters. I negotiate talent contracts across broadcast, print, social, and digital platforms, and partner closely with agencies and production teams on budgets, estimates, and talent oversight for both union and non-union projects. Over my more than 15 years in BA, I’ve worked for big and small brands alike, building their wealth with a methodical mind and a huge imagination. Wieden + Kennedy and the TEAM Companies prepared me well for owning and running 2 small businesses - a boot camp like no other.
