Cynthia Hatch manages the ESL and TESOL Certificate Program at NOVA Workforce - Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA). She leads the curriculum design team for ESL and TESOL, and serves on the Curriculum Committee at NOVA. Cynthia teaches English language methodologies workshops in the TESOL Program.
