Managing a staff of 5-7 employees on day to day IT Support functions and computer maintenance to provide support to over 750 employees and handling up to 1600 Windows and Mac machines. Lead SCCM and Active Directory Administrator handling imaging and deployment of machines in person and remote, Windows security patches and management to maintain security integrity and application deployment to client machines and user security and computer domain maintenance and password resets and permissions. Providing Tier 2 network support, technical support, planning, testing, integration, and the maintenance of the Woodbridge Campus Information Technology infrastructure including WRC, Quantico Marine Base, Ft. Belvoir computer labs, classrooms, and offices. Create new employee training and documentation and handling scheduling for employees on staff to maintain proper coverage for day to day operations. Maintaining help desk tickets via SmarterTrack while taking phone, email, and walk in requests. Ensure all equipment is up to date and works properly for end-users and inventory.
