I serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders, helping organizations align people practices with business priorities in a way that is practical, collaborative, and sustainable.I partner closely with senior leaders to strengthen their teams across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, and leadership accountability. My approach is grounded and relationship-driven. I meet leaders where they are, help clarify expectations, and build people practices that support both day-to-day operations and long-term goals.I currently serve as the HR leader in a Private Equity–backed organization, supporting both the strategic direction of the business and the operational execution required to scale responsibly. My role spans advising leaders, building and improving HR programs, and leading organization-wide initiatives that drive consistency, compliance, and engagement.Across my career, I’ve worked in PE-owned environments with active M&A, supporting growth and integration while keeping people, culture, and leadership alignment at the center of the work. I’m comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical level, whether coaching executives, aligning leadership teams, or rolling up my sleeves to design and implement systems that support performance.I’m known for being approachable, thoughtful, and steady; someone leaders and employees trust to provide honest guidance, bring clarity to complexity, and help the organization move forward in a way that serves both the business and its people.
