Manage and coordinate onboarding activities for new customers ensuring a timely turnaround between product arrival and departure• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with internal team and suppliers to understand potential process improvement opportunities• Generate customer-facing inventory reports as requested to make sure we are meeting KPI standards and improving data transparency• Support all warehousing teams including shipping, receiving, inventory, test bench, and staging enabling superior customer experience and on time order fulfillment• Utilize a living capacity plan for over 200 customers, skus, and 2 million parts in order to meet customer SLA requirements and minimize wasted space in the warehouse• Plan and develop project scopes with PM’s, AM’s, and AE’s to optimize project coordination and efficiency
