I’m passionate about building thoughtful, people-first programs and systems that enhance the employee experience and scale with a growing business. With a strong foundation in People & Talent Ops, I focus on optimizing processes, aligning strategy with company goals, and enabling team success through data, and clear communication. What I Do:I have experience leading and supporting initiatives across the full employee lifecycle. This means everything from full cycle recruitment, to onboarding, benefits, and performance reviews, to engagement programs, compensation cycles, and internal systems. I help to develop scalable processes, implement tools that support remote-first teams, and ensure our internal resources are transparent and easy to use. Driving People Ops Strategy:I analyze data, and create frameworks that help our team make informed, equitable decisions. Whether it’s launching an employee engagement survey, or standing up new tools, I take a systems-thinking approach to every challenge. About Me:I’m detail-oriented, process-driven, and excited by the evolving landscape of Talent and People Operations. I’m also a proud wife and mom, which has shaped how I show up. I believe in embracing different perspectives, and giving people the room to be fully human.
