ABOUT CYBIL B. TALLEY

Whether it\'s helping a colleague tackle a coaching obstacle with a student, analyzing performance reports, or probing into a tech issue, what I look forward to at the start of each day is taking on new challenges and finding ways to solve those problems with a team of other creative, energetic go-getters! My higher education career encompasses a broad range of functions including career services, campus leadership, talent development, and performance management. My collaborative leadership style fuels my ability to build cohesive teams that contribute to organizational success. I am a big fan of #Cliftonstrengths, and I leverage my core strengths-Learner, Context, Responsibility, Harmony, and Futuristic to focus on delivering excellent student experiences and achieving success as a high-performing team. I advocate for building strong partnerships with employers committed to building a diverse workforce of talented, promising young people! chools and communities. My community involvement includes serving as an appointed Commissioner for the City of South Fulton’s Historic and Cultural Landmarks Commission (District 2) and as Communication Chair for BSA Troop 374. When I\'m not working, you can find me pursuing my other two passions-sharing my love of home-grown recipes through food storytelling and uncovering the rich stories of my family through genealogical research.
