I own the design and upkeep of a centralized SQL business layer that translates hundreds of messy source tables into a clean, reliable environment for our BI team. I built and currently manage a framework of ~100 \"build\" procedures that handle the heavy lifting—staging, indexing, and materialized views—so that our primary business tables stay fast and accurate. This architecture supports a library of reporting procedures, ensuring that business logic is baked directly into the database rather than being reinvented in every report. I manage the full lifecycle of this system, from integrating new data sources to tuning performance for the thousands of reports we push out every month.Systems Automation & Cross-Platform Integration Full-Stack Automation: Developed a custom end-to-end ecosystem for on-demand and scheduled data delivery using a mix of C#, PowerShell, and Batch scripting to automate report distribution across multiple platforms. CRM & Marketing Architecture: Serve as the lead for Salesforce (Financial Services/Sales/Analytics Clouds) and Eloqua/Marketing Cloud, handling everything from core administration to mild custom development (Apex, Aura, SOQL). Multi-Format Data Delivery: Designed automated request engines that handle on-demand email reporting, utilizing SQL, VBA, and HTML to deliver dynamic content to distinct business units and partners. Technical Versatility: Maintain a broad codebase including SQL, SnowSQL, C#, DOS, VBA, Javascript, JSON/XML, and VBScript to bridge the gap between legacy automation and modern cloud-based analytics.
