As a Behavioral Therapist at Cortica, I deliver play-based ABA therapy to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences in their home, clinic, school, or community setting. Guided by BCBA-developed treatment plans, I implement positive behavior strategies, collect and analyze data, and support individualized assessments and preference sampling.I collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including BCBAs, therapists (speech, OT, PT, music), counselors, and pediatricians to create child-centered, engaging therapy sessions that foster skill development and behavior change. At Cortica, our mission is clear: to design and deliver life-changing care, one child, one family, one community at a time. Every day, I’m proud to help bring this vision to life through compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practice.
