For more than 20 years, I have played a valuable role in retail business’s overall success. As such, one of my most important roles is coordinating and managing retail staff. It is my job to continue to engage with them throughout their journey. Aside from this, I have also had responsibility in overseeing operations—display placement, loss prevention, customer service, premises maintenance, staff management, and talent development.I have a proven track record of boosting management productivity through my utmost passion for people leadership. Along with these are my noteworthy business acumen, unprecedented multitasking capacity, and exceptional work ethic. Above and beyond, I am accustomed to collaborating with all service levels, and I can thrive in a fast-paced environment as I am committed to demonstrating goal-driven initiatives.Here are some of my career accomplishments-Lowered shrink in all markets I have been assigned to under company shrink goal-Coached numerous employees to reach higher levels in the organization and exceed customers’ expectations-Driven sales initiatives across different states, leading as a top performer of the company-Fostering consistent team camaraderie and an environment of trust and respect in all levels of the organization.I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, my two cats and immersing myself in knowledge any way I can, especially by reading. I also enjoy music and getting out in nature.
