ABOUT CRYSTAL BAHMAIE

A headhunter recently told me that my resume was great but my LinkedIn was \"very boring.\" Challenge accepted! Here is my new, VERY EXCITING, About section. I am the best, most incredible and fun producer you will ever hire. I know food tv like the back of hand. I was Senior Producer and Director on Chopped for 10 years, Supervising Story on Top Chef, Writer and Producer on MasterChef and MasterChef Junior, Director and Supervising on two beautiful series for Tastemade, a zillion cake shows and more. I know what it takes to make a giant special effects cake that spits fire and how to travel it across town to a set during rush hour. Those are wild things to know and yet here we are. But that\'s not all! I\'m also incredible at docu-series and dating shows (Love Without Borders, 90 Day Universe, Married at First Sight etc.), kid shows (Play-Doh Squished, Bug Juice, Nick Studio 10, TRL etc.), branded content (clients like Patrón, Coca Cola, Starbucks, Sour Patch Kids, Google and more), commercials (I wrote a Super Bowl ad for Betty White, what have you done!) and even straight documentary like the nearly 2 years I spent working for the documentarian Michael Moore. I have a great eye for style and bring that to my directing. I even design graphics/style guides for my projects when I can because I like putting together the whole package. I am a writer who can make even a boring idea interesting (like, for example, a LinkedIn About section). Ultimately, I find great joy in the process of storytelling, breaking a format, and mentoring the next generation of talent as they learn the ropes of producing.Oh, and I\'ve been nominated for Emmys and WON one! THE END
