Oversees all skills and knowledge development programs and initiatives out of the HR Shared Service Center in Fairfax, VA which offers consolidated HR solutions and training in talent acquisition, talent sourcing, workforce planning, learning, performance and awards, job classification and organizational design, to Federal Agencies across the U.S. • Leader in charge of the strategic and workforce planning solutions and implementation for the corporate Grow Our Own program which integrates recruitment, career growth, strategic workforce and succession planning, organizational design, position management, and HR data analytics. • I work closely with the HR Senior Vice President and the senior management team to effectively manage and support all HR strategic operations, anticipate and plan initiatives, people strategies and workforce plans. • As a corporate leader, I share profit/loss responsibility with the management team, which is directly related to my end-of-year compensation.
