The Design & Corporate Quality Manager position is the interdepartmental advocate for Quality and Continuous Improvement throughout the company. I use creativity, organizational agility, and LSS/DFSS Black Belt skillsets to enhance quality culture, elevate systems, and influence groups to design quality into Inline Plastics’ products and processes. Strategic forward thinking, situational leadership and advanced quality/statistical tools are required to navigate complex customer/supplier issues and drive the business to industry leading Quality standards. This role is a combination of strategic and tactical responsibilities; overseeing product quality from design through scale-up to ensure performance against “Critical to Quality” standards once in production. I am responsible for strengthening overall Quality systems, driving Quality into designs, and standardizing the appropriate functional system infrastructure and tools (problem solving and risk management) required to reach optimal product quality levels. In this position, I lead both the Design Quality and Corporate Quality teams, providing guidance and feedback to support individual and team growth.
