Create digital-first concepts that raise the bar for quality and excellence in the financial industry- Create new marketing and sales support materials that engage prospects and existing clients using interesting, interactive, and engaging designs that connect the brand and our corporate ethos- Support all marketing channels with design expertise and insights that drove growth and ROl- Develop key visuals for campaigns and manage a range of graphic design projects- Communicate designs and lead design QA on new and live designs and experiences on the sales delivery platform (Seismic and MarComm Central)- Lead a team of designers: • Use Optimizely and the CMP platform for streamlined collaboration, structured workflows, and precise feedback. Set clear expectations on deadlines, revisions, and project milestones. • Organize tasks, track progress, and ensure all assets are centralized. Define payment structures upfront and use reliable platforms for smooth transactions. • Provide consistent work, recognize high-quality contributions, and foster a collaborative environment to keep top talent engaged- Ensure marketing materials were in compliance and followed regulatory policies- Drive continual design innovation for SVB, working in close collaboration with the Brand team to design within brand standards while evolving our brand image- Stay informed on new technologies, trends, and developments within the design community, constantly exploring design innovations and groundbreaking media techniques that enhance the bank\'s image- Deeply understood the brand\'s visual identity and purpose and incorporate the company\'s ethos into compelling, aspirational imagery- Evaluate and leverage client research, to target clients’ motivations, and goals and translate those insights into compelling visuals- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, user requirements, and design objectives.
