Main functions, not limited to: develop the project plan, establish clear objectives, define activities, human resources, material resources, schedule. Monitor the implementation of activities according to the plan. Create a suitable project execution environment. Assessing risks and developing plans to mitigate risks. Keep the project on schedule. Maintain communication and cooperation between people related to the project. Ensure that team members know what to do and what time. Ensure that project deliverables are produced in accordance with the schedule established. Ensure that deliverables are produced with quality. Ensure that necessary resources are available at appropriate times. Find new sources of funds, including other similar projects, to increase the resources available for the project. Managing the efficient use of resources ( human, material ). Evaluate the performance of team members and make changes when necessary. Troubleshoot problems that may interfere with the execution of the project. Ensure that each staff person is free to do their work better. Report progress of the project. Maintain contact with project stakeholders, providing information on the progress of the project (quality, status, time and cost ). Ensure effective transfer of knowledge and results to the client. Manage customer expectations.
