As a Moderator for Consulus Europe, I play a leading role in facilitating engagement and knowledge sharing within the European network of Consulus. My responsibilities involve- Orchestrating discussions: Guiding conversations among Consulus Europe and Consulus International members and stakeholders to ensure productive dialogue on topics related to creative change, purpose-driven transformation, and the Economy of Communion- Content Curation and Dissemination: Helping to identify and share relevant insights, resources, and thought leadership from Consulus\' global expertise with the European audience. This include organizing webinars, workshops, or contributing to publications- Community Building: Fostering a sense of connection and collaboration among Consulus\' clients, partners, and associates across Europe, encouraging the exchange of best practices and mutual support in implementing change initiatives- Representing Consulus International: Acting as a point of contact and representative for Consulus within the European region, engaging with key individuals and organizations to promote Consulus\' mission and services.
