ABOUT FREDDY NICOLAS

WHO I AM Passionate about languages since childhood, I’ve dedicated the past 30+ years to language education and human development. My vision has always gone beyond teaching skills — I believe in learning that shapes aware, connected individuals capable of generating a positive impact on society through meaningful and effective language use. I see language as a powerful tool for connection, understanding, and transformation — building bridges between cultures, people, and worldviews. An innovative, human-centered approach to learning, grounded in real-life application and backed by neuroscience. Over 30 years, I’ve guided learners in organizations through natural, impactful language journeys. In 1992, I founded ProLingua, a school where the individual and authentic language use is at the heart of learning. Since 2018, ProLingua has been an official partner of Rosetta Stone, the global leader in digital language training. As of June 2025, I am honored to serve as Chairperson of Consulus Global, an international network involved in impact investment, consulting and changemaker organisations present in over 20 countries, dedicated to the integral transformation of individuals, organizations, and nations towards an economy of communion. I embrace this role with deep gratitude and a strong sense of responsibility, as Consulus\' values reflect my vision: a model of leadership rooted in human dignity, co-creation, collaboration, and building a more just and inclusive economy. Our mission goes beyond training: we empower people to communicate better, understand each other more deeply, and co-create a more united, equitable world. Through AI, the Rosetta Stone platform, and the new PLINGU solution, we deliver tailored services for learners, L&D leaders, training managers, and university language centers.
