Worked as part of a three-person team to provide full-service communications support for a 50-year+ NYC-based membership organization that pioneered shareholder engagement as a means to hold corporations accountable for their environmental and social impacts. Served as the main comms contact for ICCR’s independent initiative, the Investor Alliance for Human Rights.Key Roles and Accomplishments- Researched and produced stories that demonstrate the impact of ICCR and Investor Alliance initiatives for multiple audiences and comms channels to encourage financial and advocacy support for both brands- Curated a weekly bulletin for ICCR’s 300+ member community to keep them apprised of engagement opportunities and relevant news/events in support of their work- Contributed to the development of a new WordPress website for the flagship ICCR brand and oversaw revisions to the Investor Alliance Drupal website, including managing vendor relations and drafting/editing web copy- Worked with program staff, members, and graphic designers to develop perennial publications, including ICCR’s quarterly newsletter, The Corporate Examiner, The Investor Alliance Newsletter, ICCR’s Annual Report, and Catalyzing Corporate Change to raise awareness and secure financial support for our ongoing initiatives- Partnered with development and membership staff to develop collateral in support of fundraising and recruitment strategies- Supported ICCR’s Communications Director in the development, distribution, and promotion of key press releases, resulting in ever-increasing and positive earned media/audience-building- Managed and provided content for multiple social media channels for both the ICCR and Alliance brands.
