Director - Client Solutions Project Director @Mavin Global

I hold a dual role within Mavin (Project Director & Client Solutions Director) My role as Project Director is related specifically to Data Centre Design & Build, whereby I am responsible for end to end Project Delivery for our award winning Modular & Containerised Data Centres. Using PRINCE2 principles I co-ordinate the Project from initial high level concept, through to Technical Design, Off site build, Transportation, onsite Groundworks, Delivery, Commissioning and Handover. As Client Solutions Director my focus is to engage with key decision makers in order to understand the organisations key service requirements and position Mavin as a trusted partner to deliver against the client objectives. Working with the core Directors within Mavin we formulate the Sales & Technology strategy in line with our 4 core service areas (Support, Technology, Data Centre & Procurement)I develop both new and existing Business Relationships across multiple IT disciplines in order to deliver fit for purpose solutions focussed around Mavins core deliverables (Cloud based Solutions, IT Maintenance and Support Services, Data Center Design & Build, IT Procurement)
