ABOUT CRAIG RENNER

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and management of all waste management activities and commodity sales along with on site personnel. Ensure operation is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies/procedures. Drive continuous improvement in operations including process optimization, safety performance, cost reductions, people development, and budgeting.• Responsible for the overall management of the entire physical plant operations including quality, maintenance, production, shipping/receiving, production planning and recycling activities• Recruit, train, and manage the operations team including operations supervisors, production and logistic employees, and all related staff with the assistance of the business manager• Provide people and performance management oversight and lead a positive employee relations culture• Lead systems integration to include Lean activities, cost reduction efforts, best management practices, and vendor selections• Develops value-added solutions that meet customer business needs and share accomplishments with others• Oversee the timely completions of all reviews, audits, invoices and compliance reports• Maintain site budget• Take primary responsibility for all programs including OSHA, EPA, and all other Environmental Regulatory agencies and ensure all operational activities meet or exceed these guidelines• Inspire a strong safety culture and provide a safe working environment for all employees• Conduct on-site negotiations and business growth initiatives• Maintain a positive customer and supplier interface and employ relationship management skills
