In my role as Chief Client Officer I support our global teams to build and drive strategic vision and client value creation.With over 25 years in the CX and business solutions industry, starting at Ernst & Young, developing ERP practices in Southern Africa, to NTT Data leading and developing their customer interactive solutions practices in EMEA and North America. After founding my own CX business, I joined Webhelp as CEO of the South African division, after transforming their UK operations, I was promoted to Chief Growth Officer of the Webhelp Group and later joined Concentrix following the two companies’ merger.At Concentrix, my primary focus is our clients, addressing their needs, ensuring value is created, harnessing the diverse Concentrix CX technology and domain service assets.
