ABOUT CRAIG BIRCH

I\'m an established marketing professional and author, with many years of proven experience in copywriting and content creation, through having worked at a national news agency, in the regional press, for businesses and organisations. I\'m currently employed by an energy consultant, upon finishing a role with an employment support project, latterly funded by the National Lottery, both of which have been my most wide-ranging marketing positions so far. My previous marketing posts were for a training provider and at an independent retailer. The latter, at Marks Electrical, involved writing product descriptions, blogs and reviews, along with presenting videos about their goods, which I scripted and hosted in front of the camera. Manufacturers paid for this exposure. I operated on a freelance basis while completing my book.\'Tales From The Top Table\' was released by Pitch Publishing and is being sold in the UK, United States and Canada. I pitched the idea and promoted the book nationwide, including a live appearance on talkSPORT. Further video presenting experience, over this time, was obtained with Seconds Out and Tungsten Tales, two successful YouTube channels. Prior to this, I spent nine years as a journalist, website editor with social media input and sub-editor for the Midlands News Association. Their titles include big-selling daily titles the Express and Star and Shropshire Star. I began my journalism career with the Press Association, the UK’s leading provider of multimedia content. I have a full, clean driving licence.
