Building on the foundation of Transport Management and General Workshop and Transport Managment, I will continue to oversee and ensure full compliance with the group’s Operator’s Licence (O\'Licence), maintaining our high standards of legal and regulatory adherence across the fleet.In addition to this ongoing responsibility, the role marks a deliberate transition away from the former position of General Workshop Manager. It reflects a broader and more forward-looking focus—taking full ownership of the group’s approach to Technology and Innovation.As Head of Transport and Technology, my key objectives include:Driving the development, integration, and optimisation of existing and emerging technologies across the group’s operations.Identifying and implementing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, safety, compliance, and overall performance.Evaluating current systems and processes, ensuring they evolve in line with industry best practices and technological advancements.Exploring new opportunities that digital innovation and intelligent systems can offer, with a focus on long-term strategic value.This evolution in role underscores the Group\'s commitment to modernisation and excellence—balancing operational reliability with a proactive embrace of future-ready technologies.
