ABOUT CRAIG STEPHANUS
Highly motivated, data driven storyteller with a strong background in leading data driven business decisions. I have over ten years of professional experience working cross-functionally with multiple work groups to analyze business processes, solve problems and provide solutions. I am passionate about using data to identify insights to strategically improve business practices and employee performance. I am driven to use best in class safety methods, key performance indicators, and technology to impact the safety of employees working in high risk industries. I graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Safety Science and a M.S. in Safety Management. I started my career working in heavy civil construction and have pivoted to electrical construction. I am an avid user of the outdoors, and in my free time you can find me doing all things outdoors with my wife, Annaliese, and our two dogs, Brewer and Brutus. I have recently completed a Data Analytics certificate and am looking forward to applying my skills to help guide impactful business decisions.
