The management of high end, high speed, high spec elevator projects, the latest being The St. Botolph Building, Houndsditch, London. the largest group of TWIN Scenic Elevators Worldwide and a truly landmark project (visit: included listed below (19••••98) with an increase in the scale of the individual projects by:• Management of high spec \'prestige\' projects up to £8m single project value.• Working along sales team to ensure technical and commercial compliance of bid.• Duties included but were not limited to, contract and specification vetting, all facets of programming, monitoring and direction of the U.K and European design and full management of the contract with the European factory. • Attendance of all European and U.K meetings including start up, all aspects of design, contractual, H&S, installation and project review meetings.• Site based management of a team numbering 50+ persons at peak installation stage (St. Botolph Building).• Full financial management including, cost control / reporting, applications, variation costing, final account submission and negotiation.• The development, design and production of all project documentation, including all of the day-to-day correspondence.• The writing and production of project specific O&M manuals (hard back, electronic, DVD interactive and web based)
