As the lead for Maaco\'s Lead Management Tracker (LMT), a native application, Maaco has significantly improved franchisees\' ability to work with all qualified leads. By centralizing leads within the tool rather than scattered in email inboxes, franchisees can now streamline lead management, respond faster, and ensure no valuable opportunities are missed, ultimately boosting lead conversion rates and sales numbers. As the lead for Maaco\'s Content Management System (CMS), upon launching into the new CMS platform, Maaco was able to improve its site performance for mobile customers (~80% of all site traffic) by 86% in just two months.
