ABOUT CRAIG L.
Craig is a non-profit leader and farmer in the New York Finger Lakes region where he lives with his wife Debbie, their two cats, and their husky pup Gabe. He holds a B.A. in Math and Religion from Franklin & Marshall College, an M.T.S.(Master of Theological Studies) from Harvard Divinity School, and a law degree from Columbia University. More impressively, he holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Plant-Based Nutrition. He has founded a non-profit for urban youth in Newark called NJ LEEP [New Jersey Law and Education Empowerment Project], led nutrition, gardening and wilderness programs for youth, and has served as a Pastor in rural Pennsylvania where he grew up. Craig has lived a whole foods plant-based lifestyle since 2017, during which time he has lost 60 lbs, reduced his cholesterol by 150 points, and his triglycerides (fat in the blood) by 450 points.
