This role is responsible for the development of improved project delivery capability across the People & Culture division within the SA Department for Education.• Development of project delivery capability throughout the People and Culture Division• Creation and support of Project Management Office tools and templates• Development of centralised portfolio and project management tools, capability and reporting• Business transformational processes for complex, labour intensive programs• Implementation, support and development of the Monday.com work management product• Development, implementation and ongoing management of divisional reporting processes including RAP, Divisional strategic reporting, Closing the Gap, Disability, Access and Inclusion Plan.• Development and ongoing management of PowerBI reporting infrastructure and data sets• Design, development, and implementation of a project management office (PMO) to support strategic project delivery within the division.• Development and implementation of data insights capability within the division.• Implementation of a robust and effective strategy and governance model across the project landscape.• Develop and implement support structures for PMO operations that enable project delivery.• Develop structured processes and improvement approaches that support divisional operations activities.• Build capability of project leads throughout the division around project management approaches and methodologies.• Develop enhanced reporting capabilities across the division that enable improved decision making and deliver upon strategic priorities.
