Alongside my departmental leadership responsibilities as Head of Programmes, I provide direct programme and project management oversight on high-profile digital transformation programmes within the Higher Education sector. This hands-on involvement ensures delivery continuity across key strategic accounts and strengthens relationships at senior stakeholder level.Key focus areas and achievements: • Lead delivery of complex network and digital transformation programmes across multi-campus university environments. • Act as senior customer interface for planning, governance, and risk management during delivery phases. • Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering and delivery teams to align scope, milestones, and dependencies. • Provide assurance and direction to customer-side Programme Boards, supporting decision-making and stakeholder communication. • Strengthen commercial performance and delivery predictability through improved change control and reporting disciplines.This role complements my Head of Programmes position, allowing me to stay close to delivery while guiding strategy, capability, and customer outcomes across the wider portfolio.
