A results-driven, successful Project and Programme Mgr with a proven track record in managing change within the financial services, Insurance, and Government sectors. The last years has seen me successfully delivering a variety of projects with budgets of up to £3m+.Delivered projects to date include software development, application upgrades (local and global - users), including Risk Alerting applications, ETL Oracle code development and deployments, Oracle database upgrades and migrations; RDMS, Operating Systems, server upgrades (OS and hardware), Infrastructure decommissioning, Vulnerability identification and remedial works, Cyber Security considerations, Physical to virtualisation, data centre moves and decommissions, SaaS and Managed Print implementations. Notable qualities include stakeholder management, full life-cycle management along with governance and procedure documentation, agile (+SAFe), and waterfall.Communication and presentation skills of the highest standard, coupled with a resounding dedication to success are key characteristics. I hold the Prince2 certification to practitioner level and take pride in being a successful Project Manager, plus also trained in Agile (Scrum & SAFe). Being a self-starter and proven leader with good problem solving, analytical and organisational skills, ensures the highest quality is produced, working either in a team or on my own initiative.
