In today’s fast-paced aerospace industry, STS Component Solutions is the company that can provide the inventory and the on-time delivery - to keep you flying.My current role includes the following:• Visit and build relationships with the existing customers and prospective customers• Achieve annual sales volume and net income growth for the region• Provide service flexibility and understanding of the customer\'s business and unique requirements• Write and submit annual budgets and marketing plans for the region• Collect marketing intelligence and adjust marketing and sales efforts accordingly• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.• Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.• Represents company at trade association meetings to promote services.• Meets with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.• Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
