The Growth Hub is a support service funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) and we’ve helped thousands of companies scale, innovate and overcome challenges.My role centres on working directly with founders, business owners, and directors to provide 1:1 guidance, strategic insights, and access to resources across finance, skills, operations, and sustainability. From high-growth start-ups to long-established firms, I act as a trusted advisor, helping them navigate issues, plan for the future and unlock new opportunities.Key Areas of Focus:Support businesses through operational, staffing, and strategic growth challengesAdvise on funding routes, investment readiness, and access to local/national support schemesPromote cross-sector collaboration by connecting businesses with education providers, supply chains and local networksProvide practical advice on marketing, workforce development and upskilling strategiesRepresent and advocate for local businesses at events, roundtables and through strategic partnershipsCoordinate support pathways aligned with sustainability, innovation and digital transformation goalsI’m passionate about helping businesses realise their full potential, whether that means resolving immediate challenges or guiding them toward long-term, sustainable growth.
