The OlM is responsible for the health, safety and welfare of personnel on the facility while ensuring the efficient execution of all work in the plan. Accountable for setting the team up for daily success whilst leading the frontline team to ensure asset integrity is maintained whilst delivering a highly reliable asset that earns the right for future investment and delivers value to the business.The Operations & Maintenance supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating all production and maintenance activities across the installation to ensure safe and uninterrupted production is achieved in parallel with successful completion of the maintenance plan incorporating all Safety, Environmental, Critical, Elements (SECE), Planned (PM) & Corrective (CM) scopes.Responsibilities- HSSE, welfare & emergency command & control- Manage & coordinate all production and maintenance activities ensuring safe optimised and uninterrupted production is achieved- Resourcing of O&M team for Penguins FPSO- Interface / stakeholder management developing working relationships- Champion and lead continuous improvement across the facility identifying gaps, resolution and implementation in order to maximise business value- Competency & development management aligned to the business and facility goals- Support regulatory inspections and engagement (HSE / OPRED)- Operations readiness reviews, pre-start up audits and statement of fitness
